Councillor advertise plans to bring velodrome to Hereford From Hereford Times
I doubt this plan will get very far fastly. But if it ever got built it would have a pay and display car park linked with it. The Council are fixated with parking returns and cycling. Ie the Rotherwas cycle traversing/toucan cycle bridging on Newtown Road(Which can be used about twice a day by cyclists)/ useless cycle route up Aylestone Hill etc etc

A few other places have such like I think they call it a Bypass. That would really be a giant step for 21st century for this town!
