Global cycling agency strips Lance Armstrong of all Tour de France titles
Could things get any worse for Lance Armstrong? The once seventime Tour de France winner is now the zerotime Tour de France winner. On Monday, he was stripped of his titles by the International Cycling Union (UCI) and banned for life. and global agencies.
