The South Korean technology giant announced today that it has begun mass production of its 16 GB LPDDR5 DRAM. The company’s new DRAM can reach speeds of 6,400 megabits per second.
South Korean tech giant Samsung shared new news today. In a news release, the company announced the start of mass production of the EUV-based 16 GB LPDDR5 DRAM, produced with the industry’s first 10 nm technology (1z). Production began at the company’s manufacturing facility in Pyeongtaek, South Korea, its homeland.
