South Korean tech giant Samsung shared new news today. In a news release, the company announced the start of mass production of the EUV-based 16 GB LPDDR5 DRAM, produced with the industry’s first 10 nm technology (1z). Production began at the company’s manufacturing facility in Pyeongtaek, South Korea, its homeland.
