Eligiblity:-
Name & Business Aim: - Security Services or similar work need to be specified in the company name. Company objects require to be security services.
Director’s Eligibility: - For Police Verification applicant must be a Resident of India. The applicant must have financials stable (Income Tax Returns required)
MOU with Training Institute: - MOU needs to be inserted within the application of PASARA and training institute or an association as approved by the State. For ex-servicemen it's free.
India First: - PSARA License cannot be granted to a person if he is found to following Links with organizations or corporations, who are banned In India.
FDI Restriction: - Section 6(2) of PSARA Act 2005, the license shall be declared if the company is not registered in India. Or Foreign investors have important shares.
Application Filling: - The psara application is filed before the regulating jurisdiction of PSARA, which is then processed for verification. After receiving of the NOC from the concerned Police authorizations, controlling authority may both grant the Licence or rejects for a reason.
Time for Issue of PSARA: - The entire time to complete the process for the grant of PSARA License is near 60 days from the date of filing the PSARA application form. An appeal for a Licence can be done for a district or five districts or a state. The candidate process is different for each state.
Qualifying Documents: - The primary step to apply for a PSARA License is to collect all important registrations such as TAN Number, Pan Card, PF, GST, ESI, Registration of establishing under Shops & Establishment Act, ITR of every director, etc.
Conditions of PSARA Licence: - The PSARA defines the criteria, disqualification, and qualification for a security guard. And the candidate must involve supervisors to supervise the work of security guards. If a person from the army, navy, or air force with at least three years of experience, must be given choice.
