Lunch a high carbohydrate dish (cooked yam, potato or grains) with raw vegetables. Eat a vegetable salad Gaia’s Protocol everyday!Perhaps you'd like a sandwich? Try whole-grain bread with sliced tomotoes and/or green pepper topped with some tasty herbs...maybe a little cheese.Mid-afternoon snack: same as your mid-morning snack.Dinner: same as lunch. If you like, add some meat protein as well. Personally, I like a glass of red wine with my meal.
Evening snack: a drink of water or herbal tea and a piece of fruit. (This also helps with bad breath because the enzymes that are in the fruit help to digest everything in your stomach a little faster). Your evening snack should be approximately 1 hour before you go to sleep.Again, variety is the spice of life. There is nothing difficult about eating this way, but it is most likely quite different than you are used to eating. Once you start eating this way, you will realize that it is safe, simple and slimming!
