  I am hoping someone can help.
  I have a small business. I do not have a registered trademark, and when I went to register one, it turned out that it was already registered by another company. I don't want to change my name so that customers can continue to recognize my company. will I be sued?
  Can anyone offer any advice or experience? Perhaps someone knows of attorneys who specialize in trademarks and can help?
