While it sounds healthier and more eco-friendly, I’m still unsure whether it's worth the often higher price. Does Organic Food actually offer better nutrition or fewer chemicals? How do you know if it's truly organic and not just a marketing label? Also, are there any particular fruits, vegetables, or products that are most important to buy organic?
