High rollers only need apply, the 624bhp Rolls-Royce Wraith coupe is the most sporting car in the luxury firm's history.
Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Wraith Coupe to world at Geneva 2013. Its sleek fastback styling is very elegant but still struggles to hide its GIANT proportions. No matter; its monstrous 624bhp, 590lb ft 6.6-litre V12 (or 6 ¾ V8) power plant pulls hard from just 15,000rpm... this'll be a daemon from the lights. It'll hit 60mph from standstill in 4.4 seconds -- some 0.3 seconds more sprightly than its Ghost sibling -- and storm on to well over 155mph. All this performance and Nurburgring testing hasn't came at the expense of luxury and show stopping opulence. Many cows have donated their leather to trim its fine insides, the most modern of entertainment and navigation systems ease your journeys and a 'Starlight headliner' baths ambient pleasantness upon you and your three cosseted passengers when required.
Rolls-Royce is taking on the Footballists favourite; Bentley's Conti GT speed/Supersports with the Wraith. As high-performance luxury cars go, we're sure nothing will contest its crown.
