It's that time of year again, the best of the best battle it out in the Super Bowl! Now, before you plop yourself on the couch to watch the big game, do this 9 minute Super Bowl workout! Plus, I have really delicious recipes for you to make and serve at your Super Bowl Party!

S- speed skaters
U- up down push up
P- punches
E- elbow plank
R- reverse lunge & kick
B-burpee
O- oblique crunches in a side plank (both sides)
W- wide push ups (or wide-to-narrow push ups)
L- lateral lunges
