Getting ready for the Christmas feast full of delicious food and sweets? Make sure you take the time to do this strength training workout before you indulge, that way your hard working muscles will be ready to utilize all of that goodness for muscle repair. In this episode I have 3 moves for you and I want you to do 10 repetitions of each, as many rounds as you can for 20-30 minutes (depending on how much time you have). All you need is yourself and a heavy set of dumbbells.
