If you want to be a better runner, you need to do more than just run.
This week I have a Runners' Workout for all of you runners out there looking to increase your strength and improve your runs without suffering injuries from overtraining. This type of cross training is really beneficial so you should grab your dumbbells and give it a try.

20 Squats
20 Side Lunge & Reach
10 Pushups
12 Marching Bridges
20 Lunge-to-High Knee (10 each side)
10 Jump Squats
Rest at the end for 1-2 minutes & repeat 3-5 rounds
