Whether you are an avid runner, run occasionally, or want to get into running, these tips are for you. I am a runner. Now, what does that mean? It means that I run because I love to and I want to, not because I have to. I have done countless 5 and 10k runs, 2 half marathons, and currently run 4-5 days a week. Here are 3 tips I think any runner could benefit from.
