So you use that with the model 700 and you get insane damage. So the best sniper talent, especially for one shot sniper you defintly wanna go for optimist talent. Its not the best for pve since you have to reload and its fast to shot normal, but for one shot its the go to talent. Its perfect talent for pvp.
