2K is arguably greater offline compared to online, its simply that mt coins 2k20 most players are only interested in online play. Online is where you have people whining (often legitimately) about exploits / imbalances that destroy aggressive play, but thats because gameplay is not flexible there and you are up against individuals who can relentlessly exploit those issues.Offline (and I think in MyLeague Online, since you arrange your league privately with people instead of it being free for all), you can adjust virtually every part of NBA 2K20play to make NBA 2K20 play beautifully for what youre later (maybe you like rapid modern bball, maybe you like 90s postup/midrange style, etc).
Additionally, though there are little bugs throughout, MyLeague / MyGM has grown over the years to a super deep mode with tons of places you can research / control. The only sports game I ever hear it compared to in relation to thickness is MLB The Show (and I believe most ppl say its deeper than that). MyLeague / MyGM fans complain about 2K paying little attention to all those modes each year and instead focusing on the cash cow online modes. It's a legitimate complaint, but even though its almost the same annually offline, in and of itself its really very strong.
I wish they made it better for offline gamers. I look at games like football manager or OOTP that are sports management sims and think, if you set that system into 2K, together with NBA 2K20play already been what it is, NBA 2K20 will probably be the best of all time.Im fully aware that like 90 percent of ppl simply play online. Yea, I think there may be sort of basic, skeleton of a narrative in MyGM, but in that and MyLeague youre essentially only going day to day managing the various aspects of staff -- finances, employees (staff / gamers ), staff training, gameplan -- and of course playing NBA 2K20s if you want.I favor MyLeague because it is more customizable and leaves out different things I dont care about (dealing with stadium financing, etc). FYI people ARE complaining that 2K ruined MyGM this season making it significantly less customizable. Also, I feel lame shouting from the Operation Sports forum all the time, but its really the place to see if youre interested in more of an immersive offline encounter as opposed to best place to buy mt 2k20 an online, arcade-like experienc.
