If you are asked to fill the form 3922 or you don’t know how to fill out form 3922 on TurboTax, transfer of Stock acquired through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan under the Section 423(c), if you purchased ESPP stock during the tax year. If you have not sold any ESPP stock, don't enter anything from the form 3922.
