When gifts are received, the individual receiving the gift should get an untradeable present box (like the RS gold one out of the Runescape quiz) in the bottom of their bank that they can open in their own leisure. The contents of the gift box will be unknown until the box remains open. In case the receiver's bank is full, the recipient can talk to any banker to obtain the gift box instead.
I think this could be great way to engage in some arbitrary philanthropy without having rewarding the covetous behaviour of party crashers or enabling RWT. What do you think? In the end, if you don't think that it's likely to work, please specify the reason why. The past couple of posts were a bit curable at the why department, so Sleepy's left in the dark. Thanks Razorlike for pointing outside that the lender oversight, and to Wiltingplant for suggesting that people sending presents should be able to find out who receives the presents.
I believe using a Pasture and a Coop in your house would serve for better food rather than having to walk to a farmland where there are cows and cows. So first of all, there's a quest to perform. So you need to speak to Sarah, an individual residing in the plantation south of Falador. She will tell you that among her milk cows is currently missing. She will tell you that the burglar took it into the west. Sarah will also tell you that the person was dressed in dark robes. Say you'll help.
Then you go outside. You will see the burglar dropped something. Pick it up, and you will see it is a runestone using engravings in a different language. Return to Sarah and give her the stone. She'll say the Black Wizards utilize these runestones as plans. Proceed to the Dark Wizards tower. When you arrive there'll be a cutscene with the Dark Wizards speaking with the Dairy Cow in the corner of the area. The Darr Wizards state they're going to kill the king by giving him poisoned milk.
They say they are going to send him a letter inviting him with their tower and giving them the poisoned milk rather than the regular milk. You'll see them putting the milk on the table and the wizards going out to provide the king the correspondence. Walk within the tower and then empty the poisoned milk and then replace it using regular milk. You'll observe the poison in the middle with only enough doses to fill up the wizards poisoned milk. Take the cows and give it back to Sarah. Then you'll see a cutscene where they wizards are meeting the buy RuneScape gold king. The wizards will die from poison, then the King will operate out the door back to Falador.
