The final ACNH update in the most recent patch notes

  • Since the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons in March 2020, the simulator game has seen a slew of events. Here are some of the highlights. From holiday celebrations to unexpected crossovers, Nintendo has made it a point to make island life as enjoyable as it possibly can be. Having said that, there has been a significant decrease in the amount of content available this year. There are some fireworks coming later this month, as well as a promise of new Animal Crossing: New Horizons content coming down the pike in the near future.

A free update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be released this week, on July 29, according to the company, which reminded players on Twitter. There will be weekly fireworks displays as well as some new ACNH items, but the most important thing to remember is that there will be no rain. More is on the way, according to the promise:

More New Horizons content is currently in development, and it is expected to be released later this year, according to the discussion thread linked above. While the post did not provide any specifics, it did mention that more information would be revealed in the future. In future updates, there is only one thing I hope to see: an answer to a question I've been asking myself since the game's release: where in the world is Brewster?

The Animal Crossing: New Horizons update focuses on bug fixes, such as music sync issues and DIY glitches, among other things.
The Animal Crossing: New Horizons update 1.11.1 is now available, and unlike previous patches, its primary focus is on bug fixes that have been identified in the game. What players can expect to find when they log into their islands, in addition to the seasonal events that have recently been added, ranges from cloud glitches to de-synchronized music.

Update 1.11.1 for Animal Crossing: New Horizons is now available.
According to the most recent patch notes posted on Nintendo's UK website, the latest update addresses a number of previously reported issues in the title. One bug in particular addresses a bug in the bells animal crossing on the in-game Nook device that was causing certain recipes to be displayed out of order in certain circumstances. A separate bug fix addresses the issue of certain color variations not appearing properly in the Photopia item catalog, while a separate issue relating to the seasonal clouds not appearing quite as intended has been addressed.

The final update in the most recent patch notes includes a fix for the closing time music not playing properly in Nook's Cranny, which was introduced in the previous patch. Some users have reported that the music is completely absent, while others have stated that it simply sounds distorted or off. Whatever issues you may have had with this particular bug, it appears to have been resolved, and you should be able to continue belting out those tunes as intended.

Nintendo recently promised players that new updates are currently in development and will be released later this year, which may make this update seem underwhelming, especially given the slower progress of seasonal events when compared to previous years. The Animal Crossing video game franchise is extremely popular among Nintendo fans, and for good reason. This series' lovable characters, ability to create a world of its own, and constant rotation of new events to keep things exciting are just a few of the reasons it has become such a staple in the gaming world. At the very least, we have music and beautiful clouds to keep us entertained until we learn more about the Big N's plans for island life.
