  • Organizational learning is the process which should take place at each organization. The progress of the whole company depends on the success of organizational learning. Change and learning are the two notions which affect each other. On the one hand, each change cannot go without learning, as learning is the only possibility of the change to occur appropriately in the company. On the other hand, the process of learning is required when something new is implemented. Implementing alteration in the company, managers have to create the particular set of information, which is to be delivered to the employees, to make sure that the working process is effectively used, that the employees have used to their new roles, and that the tasks are completed on time.

    There are many examples when the implementation of the changes in the organization requires some learning, and when the learning process brings the necessity of these changes to occur. For, example, having conducted a research, the company may conclude that it requires some new equipment for increasing the company effectiveness. The research is one of the types of the learning process as to come to these conclusions the researchers had to study much information, consider research results and apply to other learning strategies in achieving the final goal. When the new equipment is launched in the company, staff should be trained in order to understand how to work with this new equipment. As only in this case it will be effectively used.

    In conclusion, changes bring learning and learning brings changes. It is impossible to live in the modern world without implementing changes, as a change has occurred in any aspect of human life. The spread of innovative technologies requires constant consideration of new information, learning and change in the company.
