As with every non-surgical aesthetic treatment that I offer here at Appearance Based Medicine, I have carried out extensive research into the treatment and also attended a fantastic procedure masterclass at the Royal Society of Medicine so that I had the opportunity to see and experience the results first-hand. I only recommend treatments that I am totally confident are both safe and effective for my patients. I am really excited about the incredibly positive results that I have already seen from this innovative new treatment.
Buy filorga time peel. This is a product line for intradermal use based on a non-chemically modified, ultrapure hyaluronic acid available in three different concentrations. VISCODERM® helps restore the support structures of skin tissue, resulting in increased tone, elasticity and firmness. The treatment areas coincide with all areas of skin affected by the aging process. The indications of the VISCODERM product line vary from facial treatments to specific areas of the body.
Intradermal Biorestructuration treatments with hyaluronic acid available in different concentrations to repair the collagen structures and simulate the production of collagen in the mid-to-deep dermis.
In the first few days after the injection, you may experience a bit of uneven bruising and swelling until your lips settle into their final position. Allow up to two weeks to let it all settle down, suggests Dr. Doft, before making any decisions about whether you like it or not, and starting planning further lip reshaping.
There's a bit of range here, depending on the type of filler and patient lifestyle, but most doctors estimate a life of six to 12 months. Filler metabolizes faster in patients who are young, physically active, or enjoy a high metabolism. Also a factor is the volume of filler injected (i.e., smaller amounts won't last as long).
In Dr. Doft's New York City practice, she rarely injects more than half of a syringe in one appointment, which contributes to how long-lasting it will be. "The lower volume [of filler injected], high vascularity, and extreme movement" all play a role in a filler's lifespan. “Even so," says Dr. Doft, "most people come [back] at six to 12 months, which is pretty similar to other places on the face."
Given the lips' small real estate, you won't have to pony up as much cash as you would for other areas, especially considering most respected docs won't inject more than one syringe into the lips in one appointment. And if they do? "Just show yourself the door," says Dr. Sunder, who is laughing, but definitely not joking.
