any ideas to stop eating that junk
1. Stop eating it! As soon as I have something sugary/salty/fatty I start craving more. and more. and MORE! But I find if I stop buying and eating junk for a while (takes up to 2 weeks), the cravings subside. Gently maintain the discipline for a couple of weeks by telling yourself "Ok,
fake michael kors satchels, you can go and buy that if you still want it after an hour" - sometimes prolonging it will ease a craving. And don't keep it in the house. Make your inner-lazy fight against your inner-fatty,
fake michael kors totes, by ensuring you have to go out and make an effort to get the stuff!!
2. If you have sugar,
replica michael kors satchels, substitute white for raw - it has some naturally occurring ingredient in it which actually suppresses sugar cravings, so a teaspoon in your tea in the morning will help keep binges at bay.
3. Refuse to feel guilty for what you DO eat - shame only leads to more eating. If you can train your mind/emotions to not equate food with shame you'll get a lot closer to giving up the junk. If you really want a chocolate bar, you're an adult and you can damn well HAVE a chocolate bar.
After years of unsuccessfully trying to shame myself out of eating junk,
Cheap michael kors satchels, I made a decision that I would eat whatever the hell I wanted and refuse to feel guilty about it. I ate a LOT of crap, so much in fact, that it began to lose its appeal and I actually started craving salad! I've never heard any dietitian recommend "go binge for a year" as health advice, and it's not at all healthy in the short term, but it did help me get over my association of food with guilty/other negative feelings. And 5 years later I still enjoy mostly healthy eating. So it worked for me!! :)
Replace it by healthy goodies. For example if you like burgers, there are plenty of healthy burgers you could easily make yourself.
I'm a total food addict, and you'ld be surprised how many great tasting -and looking- food you can make that is low on calories and/or carbs. Just go for a google search on recipes for low-fat (or carbs) fingerfood, snacks, etcetera.
