A troca de ícones será executada pelo ResHacker mas a conversão da imagem deverá ser feita pelo Format Factory.
Segundo Passo.
( Ações do Format Factory )
• Vá na coluna da esquerda > Categoria 'Imagem'.
• Escolha a opção 'Todos para ICO'.
• Informe o diretório da sua imagem.
• Clique em 'Configurações de Saída' > Dimensões em 32x32
• Clique OK.
• Agora clique em converter.
Terceiro Passo.
( Ações do ResHacker )
• Crie um backup do seu projeto.
( Se você for \/1D4 L0K4 nem precisa. )
• Abra o ResHacker.
• Vá em File e procure pela pasta do seu projeto.
• Clique no executável e aperte enter.
• Procure pela pasta "Icon Group" > Main Icon > 1041.
• Clique na aba "Action" ou "Ação".
• Clique em Substituir ícone.
• Clique agora em "Arquivo com novo ícone." // É necessário que as dimensões do seu novo ícone sejam 32x32. E que o formato da sua imagem seja .ico
• Agora clique em Substituir.
Veja como ficará na pasta.
( Repare que, automaticamente, o ResHacker faz o backup do seu executável. )
