Kampala International University (KIU) is a private, not-for-benefit foundation situated in Uganda. It was laid out in 2001 and expected babbled status in 2009.

The School of Health Sciences is situated on the western grounds. The school is one of Uganda's seven clinical schools, and it was the main exclusive clinical school in the country. The school offers programs in medication, dentistry, nursing, clinical lab innovation, training, business, and the board and data innovation. The school has a showing medical clinic with a bed limit of 1,200.
Dar es Salaam grounds
This grounds is housed on 100 sections of land (40 ha) in the Gongolamboto region in Ilala District, along Pugu Road. The grounds is around 7 kilometers (4.3 mi) from Julius Nyerere International Airport.
2013 government examination
In 2013, the Ugandan National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) started an examination concerning whether the 42 Doctorates of Philosophy (PhDs) granted by KIU up to that time had met NCHE's necessities.
