Salvador Ramos, 18, is suspected of killing at least 19 children and two adults on Tuesday at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. North Dakota was his birthplace. He attended Uvalde High School before getting a job at Wendy's. He was from a little town 80 miles west of San Antonio, around 130 kilometres away.
