As the title suggests, Five Nights at Freddy's focuses around Freddy and his buddies. An unwitting security guard gets a job as an employee of the local Freddy Fazbear's Pizza while working the night shift to supplement his income so that he may attend college. Security precautions are more difficult to breach while working evenings, as it turns out, since people are less trusting of animatronic robots in the dark.
Your goal as a nameless security guard is to safeguard the city from these wayward robot buddies while working five nights a week. They'll either wait outside your office door or peep in through the windows to capture you.
