Many people people don't realize why
cnc laser cutting is better than mechanical cutting.
During processing, the laser radiation has a thermal effect on the crystal lattice of the material, its particles begin to melt and then evaporate. The coherence of the radiation ensures a clean edge. The machined workpiece doesn't need any further finishing and is immediately transferred to the next operations. This significantly increases productivity.
The laser cutting process can be performed either straight or with a curved geometry. Round, square, and complex combinations of pipe cross sections can be machined. The accuracy is a hundredth of a millimeter.

A great advantage of
fiber laser cutting is the possibility to process pipes of bigger diameter, up to 600 mm. Using fiber optics excludes the use of complex optics and provides a smaller cut than when using plasma. This is due to the shorter wavelength of the radiation used.
