Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. The side effects reported with the use of 비아그라 are usually mild to moderate and of short duration.

Very common (may affect more than 1 in 10 people): Headache.
Common (may affect up to 1 in 10 people): Nausea, facial flushing, hot flashes (symptoms include a sudden feeling of warmth in the upper body), indigestion , color distortion, blurred vision, visual disturbances, nasal congestion and dizziness.
Uncommon (may affect up to 1 in 100 people): Vomiting, rash, eye irritation, bloodshot/red eyes, eye pain, seeing flashes of light, visual brightness, increased sensitivity to light, watery eyes, pounding heartbeat, fast heartbeat, high blood pressure , low blood pressure , muscle pain, sleepiness , decreased sensitivity to touch, dizziness, tinnitus , dry mouth , blocked or congested sinuses, inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose (symptoms include runny nose, sneezing and nasal congestion), upper abdominal pain , gastroesophageal reflux disease (symptoms include heartburn ) , blood in urine, pain in the arms or legs, nosebleeds , feeling hot and tired.
Rare (may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people): Fainting, stroke, heart attack , irregular heartbeat, temporarily reduced blood supply to parts of the brain, tightness in the throat, numbness in the mouth, bleeding at the back of the eye, double vision, reduced visual acuity, abnormal sensation in the the eye, swelling of the eye or eyelid, small particles or dots in the field of vision, seeing rings around light sources, dilation of the pupil, discoloration of the white of the eye, bleeding in the penis, blood in the semen, dry nose, swelling inside the nose, irritability and sudden hearing loss or hearing loss.
Rare cases of unstable angina (a heart condition) and sudden death have been reported in post-marketing settings. Note that most of the men, but not all, who experienced these side effects had heart problems before taking this medication. It is not possible to determine whether these events are directly related to 비아그라.
