Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has launched this program to create a pathway for certain temporary residents to get Canadian Permanent Resident Status. You can check if fit broadly into one of three categories in order to apply for this program:
Requirements For TR To PR Pathway
Proof of Your Entry and Status in Canada: The applicant can submit a study permit to work permit as proof of their stay in Canada.
Proof of Current Employment in Canada: A reference letter from your current employer with the contact details of your current organization.
Language Test Results: To prove your language efficiency, you need to submit the scores required for the pertinent stream (English or French).
Immigration Medical Exams: The application for the Permanent Resident pathway requires applicants to submit Immigration Medical Exams. Family members also need to submit these documents.
Police Certificates: The police certificate has to be added for the TR to PR Canada application.
