Nirmatrelvir and ritonavir are the two medications that make up Paxista.
For five days, take nirmatrelvir pills and ritonavir tablets orally twice daily (in the morning and in the evening). Take all 3 pills at the same time for each dosage
Inform your healthcare practitioner if you have renal disease. You might require a different dosage.
Completely swallow the pills. The pills must not be chewed, broken, or crushed.
Paxista can be taken with or without meals.
Do not stop taking Paxista online without talking to your healthcare provider, even if you feel better.
If you miss a dose of Paxista within 8 hours of the time it is usually taken, take it as soon as you remember. If you miss a dose by more than 8 hours, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at your regular time. Do not take 2 doses of Paxista at the same time.
If you take too much Paxista, call your healthcare provider or go to the nearest hospital emergency room right away.
