Hi Gurus,
Long time no see. I have been busy breeding Tarantulas and riding motorbikes! So am still on a corei7 920 @4ghz and PCIe v2.0 x16 (5.0 GT/s) @ x8 (2.5 GT/s).
So could I in theory stick in a 4060 ti or similar? I know it will bottleneck and will test and then maybe do a completely new build....
But my main question is will it work? I was under the impression it would but less perf from cpu grunt and pci speed.
p.s thanks and oh am at 1440p.
