Single pot still whiskey
Aged in ex-bourbon casks for 10 years
Aged in sherry butts and port pipes for a minimum of 2 years, with some casks having been used since the late 1800s or early 1900s. In addition, some very old wine barrels (as old as 100 years) have been used to mature this whiskey as well. The resulting blend has an orangey color and a rich, spicy flavor that’s reminiscent of Christmas baked goods–just imagine what it would be like if you could taste your grandma’s cookies while drinking an Irish whiskey!
