Since wonders are referred to as supernatural functions, they would obviously occur when a supernatural being presents us with one. I think the angels provide the miracles. While any angel can send magic our way, the Benefits, one of the sets of angels, is especially adept in bathing miracles upon us. One day I was operating back once again to Atlanta from Chattanooga during dash time and it was pouring in sheets therefore I couldn't see significantly in front of me.
