What Should I Do if Sildigra 100 Mg Doesn’t Work for Me?

Sildigra 100 mg is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains Sildenafil citrate, the active ingredient also found in well-known ED medications like Viagra. Sildenafil belongs to a class of drugs called PDE5 inhibitors, which work by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated.

    How Sildigra 100 mg Works:

    • PDE5 Inhibition: Sildenafil works by blocking the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which is responsible for breaking down cGMP, a substance that relaxes the blood vessels in the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, Sildigra helps to increase cGMP levels, leading to better blood flow and an erection during sexual activity.
    • Sexual Stimulation: It’s important to note that Sildigra will only work with sexual arousal. The drug doesn’t cause spontaneous erections on its own; it enhances the body's natural response to sexual stimulation.

    Indications for Use:

    • Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Sildigra 100 mg is primarily used to treat ED, a condition where a man has difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse.
    • Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): In some cases, Sildenafil is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where high blood pressure in the lungs' arteries can cause shortness of breath and fatigue. However, Sildigra is typically marketed for ED treatment, while Sildenafil is also available under other brand names for PAH.
