Which Lab Values Change After Malegra 50 Mg Use?

Malegra 50 mg contains sildenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction. In most healthy men, routine lab values usually do not change significantly after taking a single dose of sildenafil. However, some minor and temporary changes can occur, especially with repeated use or higher doses.

    Possible lab changes (usually mild):

Liver enzymes (ALT, AST): In rare cases, sildenafil can cause mild elevation in liver enzymes, especially in those with liver disease or heavy alcohol use.

Kidney markers (creatinine, BUN): These usually remain normal, but may rise slightly in patients with kidney disease or dehydration.

Blood pressure: Sildenafil can lower blood pressure, but this is usually measured clinically rather than by lab tests.

Electrolytes: Generally unaffected, though changes may occur if dehydration or vomiting happens.

Cholesterol & blood sugar: No direct effect, but people with diabetes or metabolic syndrome should monitor overall health.

Malegra 50 mg does not require routine lab monitoring. If you have heart disease, kidney or liver problems, or are taking other medications, your doctor may recommend blood tests before starting it.
