Hello everyone, I'm new to this chat forum. I'm looking for some advice on how to register a corporation in Ontario. I understand that forming a corporation is a large process, and I'm here with no knowledge in this field. Is there anyone here who knows or understands what's going on? While researching this online and speaking with friends and colleagues about it, I found that Ontario Business Central is most possibly the best incorporator in the province. However, I have no prior experience with them. Is anyone familiar with them? What do you think of them? Do they give all of the information and regulations that are required? Please share your ideas in the comments section.
