But they also come for freshly made chaat (street food) dishes, inspired by roadside stalls and food carts of Mumbai's Chowpatty and Juhu beaches: dishes like crunchy bhel poori, puffed rice with vegetables, yogurt and tangy tamarind sauce; or aloo chaat, fried potatoes with raw onion, chutney, lime juice and masala (spices).
