Resolvi fazer aqui um tutorial explicando fácim como fazer um.....
Para vocês verem que não tem mistério e não é nenhum bixo de 7 cabeças

Crie um novo arquivo
Nesse arquivo crie 4 camadas
Actions, botões, texto, fundo.
Desenhe um fundo ao seu gosto
Crie 2 botões o enviar e o limpar
Coloque as caixas de texto com as intancias
nome, e-mail, mensagem, status.
Vai ficar +/- assim 
Oba até ai tudo bem
Ai você vai criar mais um frame no fundo e no actions
e vai colocar uma mensagem de Mensagem enviada com sucesso ou como você quiser
Deve ficar assim 
Há até ai está fácil só estou desenhando não é mesmo?
Bom vamos para os actions
no frame action
click nele e digite no primeiro frame:
No segundo frame de actions vai digitar:
Opa dahora pra que essas coisas???
Bom agora vamos a layer Texto.
Crie caixas de texto com imput text
Ao fazer isso selecione as mesmas va na opção variavel
VAR:
e coloque, respectivamente na caixa de texto relacionada ao nome, nome... E-mail, email e Mensagem, mensagem.
Opa agora estão todas as variáveis no lugar
Vamos criar uma para dizer se está tudo correto
Crie uma outra caixa de texto e coloque a variável como status.

Sim a principio é isso mesmo que ele faz.
O que eu acrescentei foi um if (se) e coloquei opções para ver se as caixas de texto Nome, E-mail e Mensagem foram devidamente preenchidas, caso sim ele vai para o próximo frame, caso contrario ele informa que a caixa não foi preenchida corretamente.
E o limpar para que ele serve?
Ele serve para limpar as caixas de texto caso você tenha preenchido tudo errado.
Qual o comando?

Ele me envia para esse código que pega todas as minhas variáveis e envia para o arquivo mail.php (vou colocar o código dele logo mais!) e depois de enviar para o mail.php ele espera um intervalo de 1800 milisegundos e volta para o forumulário
Bom então agora vem o formulário
crie um arquivo e coloque o nome de mail.php
E voalá!! tem ai seu formulário de e-mail em flash!!! e funcionando
