Hi jerky lovers
I’m starting a new snack brand and spent weeks testing different packaging options for our beef jerky. I thought I’d drop my two cents here because it might help some of you. After comparing jars, tins, and paper bags, I landed on beef jerky bags and honestly, they’re the best option for freshness and presentation.
The key benefits? First, they lock in freshness like nothing else. Most large bag of beef jerky options use multi-layer Mylar material with a metallic lining to protect the product from moisture and air. It keeps the jerky tender and flavorful, especially over long storage times.
Another plus is the resealable zipper. Once customers open their big bag of beef jerky, they can seal it back up to keep the remaining pieces fresh. Some versions even have clear windows so customers can see the product inside, which I find really increases sales.
I placed a trial order with Kwick Packaging and was seriously impressed. The bags were sturdy, leak-proof, and printed with my brand’s colors and logo. If anyone else sells jerky or similar snacks, these bags are a game-changer. Do you guys prefer windowed or solid-color pouches? Would love to know what works best for you.
