Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls|Apron
Pumpkin Dough
Bread flour 280g / 2cup
Sea salt 2.5g / 1/2tsp
Caster sugar 30g / 1/8cup
Whole egg 1(55g+- per egg)
Pumpkin puree 100g / 2/5cup
Fresh milk 80ml+-
Instant yeast 3g / 1tsp
Unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
Filling
Softened butter 30g / 1/8cup
Brown sugar 25g / 1/8cup
Cinnamon powder 2g / 1tsp
Cream Cheese Glaze
Cream cheese 60g / 1/2cup
Unsalted butter 15g / 1Tbsp
Powdered sugar 25g / 1/4cup
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Lemon juice 1tsp
Fresh milk 1Tbsp
Oven dish 25x19x4cm
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 15-17 minutes
