Starting a new fitness routine, lifestyle change & setting new goals can be intimidating! But, one thing is for sure, everyone has to start somewhere! This workout is perfect for newbies, or a great way for someone more advanced to take it down and notch when feeling very sore or exhausted. I especially like doing this workout after taking some time off (either from being on vacation or maybe a sickness). Anyone can do a beginners workout and I have the perfect one for you today.

-Wall push up (or inclined push ups)
- Step ups
- Plank (knees are okay)
- Triceps dip (& sit)
- Sit/stands
- Donkey kick
- Alternating leg knee-ups
