In this episode I have 15 moves that you can do in order to get in the best shape of your life in 2015. There are 5 basic moves, that most of you have probably heard of, and I am going to give you 3 variations for each exercise in order to further challenge yourself. You can really transform your body using your own body weight without spending extra money on a gym membership or fancy equipment.

1. Plank
-elbow plank twist
-plank toe tap
-side-to-side plank
2. Squat
- 180 jump squat ("snowboarders")
- narrow squat
- plie squat
3. Push up
- side-to-side push up
- narrow push up
- stagger push up
4. Lunge
- switch lunge (or jump lunge)
- side lunge (or lateral lunge)
- curtsy lunge
5. Burpee
- burpee push up
- burpee push up + squat jump
- burpee push up + opposite limb raises
