Whether you are tying your shoes, doing house work, gardening, sitting in the office or hitting a tennis ball the necessary motions require core stability & strength. Not to mention the wonders a fit core can do for your posture, balance & abdominal definition. Pushing, pulling & lifting are a part of all our lives in one form or another which is why it’s so important to strengthen the upper body as well!
You can choose to do the exercise modified on your knees or progress to doing it on your toes!
