Learn how to do a Floor Bridge! Strengthen your lower body and activate your core with this exercise. The strength of your lower body (hamstrings, glutes, hips, quads) is extremely important for the functional fitness of everyone to support movement throughout everyday lifestyle activities. In addition, the muscular endurance and strength of these muscles is also extremely vital for runners as well as other athletes.
Make sure you keep your back glued to the mat, by engaging your lower abdominal muscles and drawing in your belly button to eliminate the arch of the back, to ensure your core is completely engaged and you're doing the movement correctly.
