Who is ready for the World Cup 2014? I AM! This week I have a World Cup Workout for you to get you pumped up for the upcoming games.

I know there will be a lot of sitting and staring at the TV, so try this workout during half time, or in between games to squeeze in some fitness or let off some steam.
30 Cross Overs (each side)
10 Plank Passes (5 forward/5 backward)
10 Leg Raises
20 Squat Ball Passes (10 each side)
10 Ball Push ups
20 Russian Twists (each side)
10 Burpee Slammers
