This week I have a rock solid leg workout, with a hint of abs, for you to try at the gym this week on leg day.

You don't have to lift weights all the time to see results, but this workout will help you build lean muscle and burn fat!
Barbell Squats 3 x 15
Lunge & Twist 3 x 15 (each side)
Jump Squat 3 x 15
Do all 1 set of all 3 exercises in a circuit, rest 1 min & repeat 3 sets.
Walking lunges (weights optional) 3 x 20 (each side)
Exercise Ball Hamstring Curls 3 x 15
Hope this workout makes your legs feel like jelly! Leave me a comment & let me know how your legs are feeling after this workout & even the next days after. You may get some serious DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) but that's a GOOD thing!
