Not having a gym membership or enough time are not sufficient excuses for skipping your training. Intensity trumps the duration of a workout any day and you don't need any fancy gym equipment to do so!

You just have to push yourself really hard for that short amount of time and you will see excellent results. This week I have a total body, fat burning workout that you can do anywhere. All you need is yourself, a timer and willingness to kick butt and sweat!
Set your timer for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP):
10 Push-up plank jack
10 Lunge-knee-switch
10 Mountain Climbers (right/left is one rep)
10 Wide leg toe reaches (right/left is one rep)
Doing workouts like these is a great way to monitor improvement beyond what you see in the mirror. Do this work out every 2 weeks to monitor how your mental and physical endurance has improved!
