Total Body Resistance
Hey Everyone! This week I have a very compact, yet very powerful piece of workout equipment for this weeks episode...a resistance band. We are going to target of variety of muscle groups, working hard, torching calories and having fun.
20 step back lunge to biceps curl (10 each side)
20 squats to triceps extension (10 each side)
10 bicep hold with side raise (10 each side)
10-20 resistance push-ups
Rest 1-2 minutes and repeat 3-5x
