Hey everyone, even if you have the busiest life in the world you can still make time for these tips on how to add fitness everyone throughout life. These are small tips, but every small bit counts.
Tip 1:
While your oatmeal is cooking, do some push-ups on the counter top
Tip 2:
Before changing the heavy water bottle in the water purifier, use the bottle for some squats
Tip 3:
When cooking dinner, used canned foods for a quick biceps curl session before you start cooking
Tip 4:
Go up and down the stairs double to get in some extra lower body toning and cardio. Or hop up them for an added challenge.
