This week we are going to tone your entire body. So grab your set of dumbbells and let's get sweaty! For this workout, start off by choosing a lighter set of dumbbells. We will be doing exercises that incorporate more than one muscle group at a time so it's better if you have proper form before you starting lifting heavier. Try this workout if you have weights at home, or at the gym if it is crowded and you feel like all the machines are taken. Ready, set, GO!
30 wide squats with biceps curl
16 step back lunge to side raise (8 each side)
16 side lunge to press (8 each side)
12 weighted leg raises
Rest and repeat 3-5x
