This workout requires, little space, no equipment and NO EXCUSES. So for those of you who are stay-at-home moms and want to get in a quick workout while the baby is sleeping, work from home and want to sneak in a sweat sesh or need to take a break from studying and recharge a bit, this workout is for you.
50 jumping jacks
40 squat-to-high knee
30 bicycle crunches
20 plank jacks
10 push-ups
Rest 1-2 minutes. Repeat 3-5x
