All of the exercises that we do are going to be standing, you don't always have to do a bunch of crunches to target your core. Remember to work hard, breathe, keep your core engaged always and HAVE FUN!
Exercise:
20 wringing twists (each side)
20 knee to elbow (each side)
20 knee crosses (each side)
10 hip bends
Beginner: hands on hips
Intermediate: hands behind head
Advanced: arms fully lengthened over your head
Rest (as short as possible) and Repeat 3-5x
